Down. Good. On a business trip in Vegas. Writing on mobile. Short sentences. Scared about eating and no chance for exercise. Held calories under 1500 for today. I know tomorrow will be difficult. Choices. Watch my choices. Good work today.

  1. eat eggs. 70 calories a apple is 80 calories...a salad with protein and no cheese but low fat dressing....a protien unbreaded for dinner and two or three cups of veggies...all that will get you in under 1500 and then some. 4 ounces of protein is the size of the palm of your hand...beef is 200 calories and chicken 140 calories. Good luck...and great job on the loss.
